I have a feeling that within the next few years we’re going to get some legal precedent about whether or not a let’s play counts as fair use as a tranformative work. My money is on “no”, honestly.

No it’s not—a micro-aggression? It’s not targeted at you in any way. Not everything in the world that makes you feel slightly uncomfortable is a micro aggression. And not everyone has to ensure your comfort at all times.

Does it really imply that? Does these young men’s potential to “shape the world,” necessarily exclude other people from having the potential to shape the world? This headline seems like a really silly thing to be up in arms about, sorry.

So I didn’t hate last season like everyone but I was dissapointed overall.

Don’t try and tack this on with the on-going discussion of police brutality. This was a black man who killed another black man for no reason other than he was in the wrong place at the wrong time. This shit happens every day and we choose to not call it out.

Have you seen this?

The OP’S response is the racial version of what happens here whenever a Muslim commits an act of terror: “But Christians do bad things too!”

It’s not as though he hid his whole “burn all this shit down” agenda. The only people who somehow misheard him and thought he was actually going to help poor (white) people were his misbegotten voters, and they had to scream that his own words were “fake news” in order to do it.

It’s supposed to be demoralizing, not enforceable.

I’m not worried about men, friend, I’m worried about ghettoizing women’s work. Relegating it to a special women-only wing of the vast entertainment empire.

To be honest, sometimes I get itchy over the women directors for women’s stories refrain. It can start to feel like we’re isolating stories about women, declaring them things that only women can understand, and thereby reinforcing the idea that men can’t enjoy or relate to them. And yet women can relate to men’s

She was literally already advocating we bomb Syria though

I absolutely hate Trump. But this was absolutely necessary. I’m sorry my fellow liberal friends but Assad had to be sent a message and Trump has done it.

Also it’s weird that no one is posting her follow up comment in that same interview. Literally as part of her very next question when she agrees with Tavi that it’s ultimately not against feminism.

I don’t give a fuck about Emma Watson but she was interviewing Tavi Gevinson and asking her a question about the potential conflict. She never said definitively Beyonce wasn’t a feminist nor did she bash her. They were both praising her in that interview. She made an effort to discuss the potential conflict people on

The men from Moonlight recently did a shoot for Calvin Klein. They are all incredibly beautiful and the photos are fucking hot. They aren’t scrutinized for posing barely clothed. It’s bullshit that men can pose in clearly sexual campaigns and it’s just whatever, but women are forced to choose between making the

I’ll still argue that a drunk person can give consent. But at any point where a person loses consciousness, consent is instantly revoked. I don’t care if they are sober and fell asleep, Narcoleptic or so drunk they pass out, once unconscious, consent stops.

There’s a big ass gray area between sober and too drunk to

I don’t see an issue with giving a very recent Navy widow a moment of national attention. Of course it’s political, that’s the point. I just don’t have a problem with recognizing her husband’s sacrifice even if it was at the behest of a habanero charlatan.

Yeah, that line had me shocked. I had to reread it because I was sure that it couldn’t actually say what it said.

Looks at Tom Perez’s record of being a highly-intelligent, public policy-minded civil servant with a record of doing nothing but focusing on civil rights, voting rights, disability rights, unions, labor rights, etc. and then looks at people denouncing him as “the worst” and talking about taking their toys and going
