OK, so the important piece of information most people are missing is that this applies to DEBIT transactions - it does not affect debit cards used as a CREDIT transaction, which people probably do 99% of the time.

That's awesome. I live in Maryland and there's a great local college here called Anne Arundel Community Collage. I don't know what the credit hour rates are, but I'm willing to bet they're a heck of a lot cheaper than at University of Maryland (College Park).

As in, the one that isn't working is less likely to kill the pilot.
