Finally took delivery of my RS this past Saturday. It seemed like an eternity, headaches at ford dealers, delays in production and a recall that should have been fixed in 2013 pretty much sums it up. My RS was completed 7/17/2016, took delivery on 10/8/16. But enough about that, it was totally worth the wait.
It’s tomorrow! Yes, the annual
asshat convention BMW carshow in beautiful Englishtown, NJ.
Saw my first stealth gray Focus RS in the wild!!!
Hello oppo, I went to the city with an old friend Friday for some food and drinks. Had to be a nerd and take a picture. Enjoy!
Happy lunchtime oppo, I’m attempting to submit pictures of my 5 Series to BMW’s Instagram for a slim chance to be featured! yay! I need your help deciding what pictures to post for the next two weeks. Many of these have made it to Instagram already so it wont hurt to repost one or two more.
Hello all, the annual
asshat convention BMW meet will be taking place very local to me. This event is hosted by one of the more popular BMW shops http://autocouturemotoring.com/. Fell free to pass by if you’re in the area. It should be a big meet with prizes, music and such.
Small cruse with friends, enjoy!
Parking lot full of glorious Focus RS’s
Finally got around to buying a
sturdy Walmart tripod and once again, attempted photography!
After many weeks calling dealers here, there and just about everywhere. I finally found one that would work with me! A new car sold at MSRP!! No crazy markup like these savage dealers in NJ. Who wanted, 5k, 7k over MSRP. (Image for buffer and suspense)
Currently in the process of accepting a new job and I’ve come to the realization that I will be putting near DOUBLE the miles on my precious Bimmerrrrrr...... So I have a question for my fellow opponauts. What would be a reasonably priced (new or used) highway cruiser that I can load the miles on and still get …
After much frustration and 6 months of waiting, they finally arrived!
Yes, there are trolls under this bridge.
I took a crap tonne of pictures with Mr. SL600 himself last Sunday and these pictures came out less terrible than I planned, enjoy!
Ok, I get it, your classic bimmer from 1988 is a classic, it’s an M3. They have some kind of race history, great. but realllllyyyy????
Cruising down Rt 17 in Paramus NJ I saw a caravan of new Audi’s with California plates. If you look closely you can see the A4, A6 and Q7 wayyyy back there under the bridge. Out of the 20 blind burst pictures i took, only these two made it in focus and not super potato.
With all the salt in the northeast and this little snow that accumulated this morning, it feels good to give the car some love. Happy Friday!
Anyone have experience with fleet vehicles?
I can dream, can’t I?
