Not Nintendo specific, lots of off brand dongles on Amazon for about $10-13 that does exactly the same thing.

USB A to Cat 5/6. There’s nothing special about it. You don’t have to buy the Hori brand. In fact you can get one for less than half that price on Amazon. I did for my WiiU.

I’m usually a proponent of well-executed motion controls (the fine-tuning in Breath of the Wild works really well) but I couldn’t get the hang of it in Splatoon 2. Then I listened to the podcast and Kirk was saying that after playing with a separate Joy-Con in each hand he was getting top of the leaderboard pretty

“Only carry on what you need to carry on. “

Yep. Censorship: absolutely. First amendment issue: not at all.

It will literally buff out. Spray paint on top of a cared for finish with no prep will just buff right off. The big problem will be getting it out of the unmasked seams and such.

It IS censorship, but that doesn’t mean it’s not within Valve’s rights to censore them, STEAM it’s THEIR service and if they don’t want explicit graphical sexual content they can censor it if they please.

There’s plenty of disputing their intentions. Valve doesn’t care either way about censoring the icky bits. They just didn’t want a game with explicit icky bits on their platform.

I disagree. We need to be less accommodating of people and processes that rob us of time, freedom, and dignity and are provably useless, not more.

No, they haven’t.

I’m not sure on having anything overly sexual on Steam. Why doesn’t somebody make a service for porn games instead? Call is “Steamy” or something. “The Steam of Porn”? “This Ain’t Steam”?

Like bleeping, a black bar arguably makes things dirtier.

I do not understand why the gaming community and american society in general are so against sex and nudity. There are games on steam depicting dismemberment, torture, gore to unimaginable degrees and yet a blow job is somehow worst?

Look for bombs? Really? These idiots couldn’t even pick out fake bombs from the random undercover tests. They also let large blade knives, hazardous chemicals, and a grenade through. You think these fuckers can detect a bomb? They couldn’t pick out a bomb, if one was strapped to their ass.

We also know TSA has been selling Pre $checkmark for 6 years. Can’t help but think they are doing this just to increase the demand for it.

To do what, exactly? What are they looking for? Don’t tell me this will reduce the error rate on their screening process. It won’t. Not when there was a 95% failure rate on undercovered tests that had agents sneaking in mock bombs and weapons. If the Trump administration wants to gain any credibility, start here.

The way security worked in the 90s, though we can keep the locked cockpit doors. That’s the only practical improvement.

More theater. Like a comic I was listening to once pointed out, the TSA would confiscate your water in case it explodes and then throw it in a barrel with all the other possible explodey things. So someone could throw in a detonator of some kind and wipe out most of the line in one shot.

Why. What is the logic behind this.
