You sold the stock before they released their next console? When they usually get a bump? Ouch.

you bought nintendo stock but didn’t hold onto it for the switch launch and potential sales window?
Yah mon. There are services that will pick it up. As for real american cash money I do not know, but doubt it. I suspect you might have to pay them in some places.
It’s not whether manufacturing meets demand, it’s whether components are available to get manufacturing to meet demand. Which is not the case currently. Look up the flash memory shortage and be educated
Nintendo is in competition for mobile parts with the likes of Apple, Google, and Microsoft.
So both Sony and Microsoft have -never- ever had supply issues with brand new consoles right? Never was it hard to find a PSone, PS2, 360, etc? Never mind that the Switch isn’t even fucking six months old yet, clearly you know more about supply chains then Nintendo (lol)
Agree wholeheartedly! My experience in the plateau was very similar. I’ll add that this time around I even used the axe to cut down a tree and cross that gap by the old man’s house. And as you said, once you leave the plateau things soon become much easier, which really is a shame. There are still 2 things I’m looking…

Oh for fucks sake, no one is forcing you to read articles you don’t like.
Correct. Dadtaku stories are written for parents to say “oh man yes this is bad i understand this”, not for teenagers to give unsolicited parenting advice.
He doesn’t want to say no. He wants his kid to have fun playing a video game. And he wants that more than he wants a bunch of cool video game swords.
Read the article.
I got the sense it was about how some parenting frustrations are insignificant, because you love your kids and them doing something that brings them joy makes those little frustrations worth it. I found it really touching. Another title for this could be “My Son is Ruining Zelda (But That Doesn’t Matter Because I Love…
It’s answered in the article. His son plays his anyway because it’s where all the cool stuff is. Also, he knows his son will have next to zero chance of getting all the cool stuff because the kid is 4.
Did you not read the article?
What if their lesson from their past mistake was literally “no one wanted a Nintendo console”? The Wii U flopped, makes sense for them to play conservatively with the product. Not only that, weren’t they fighting for parts with Apple because there is a shortage on electrical components?
Ha. Well I figured handing out tickets all day would be a better solution than making a giant line for a few hours. There’s no reason for all 3,000 to be there at once.
But, if there’s a raffle why is there still a line? Shouldn’t it only take like one minute to get your information and hand out a number? I mean, it’s a raffle so there’s literally no reason to camp out in line is there?
There is no games console, or even consumer product in general, that I ever wanted so badly that I would be willing to wait outside in a line for hours just for the possibility of being able to buy one. Sheer madness.
OTOH, credit cards don’t exactly bemoan their best customers. You’re a very low credit risk and you keep transaction velocity up, meaning the card issuer earns about 2.5% of each transaction, basically splitting that with you (in rewards). It’s really one of the most amazing symbiotic relationships in nature. :D
