That stamina meter when Mario is in the pool looks an awful lot like the one in BotW...

Yes it will be a valuable life lesson and one that they will probably never do again if it had that big of an effect.

...

I’m going to laugh and say enjoy the ban. They should absolutely ban the entire account. Best way to stop this from happening in the future. You ruin the game for others. Simple go fuck yourself if your cheating.

No there aren’t “definitely grounds to demand your money back.”

When you create your account you are agreeing to the Terms of Service that Valve has set, and if you break those terms they can do what they want with the account, whether you like it or not - you agreed to it in order to create your account.

Don’t cheat

No. You choose to cheat; it’s not something that accidentally happens.

I’ll take banning paying customers who set out to ruin the game for everyone else, thanks. If the script kiddies are such hax0rs, they can get the game running on their own free-for-all servers, at which point they’ll discover that when everyone is cheating, all you have is a broken game.

Having played a fair amount of old Quake and this thus far the netcode in previous games was more balanced. In this typically the lagger gets smooth screens while everyone else gets to see the lagger teleporting around the map.

Mileage is relative. In urban environments is easily supplemented with regenerative braking. We’re still several generations away from an electric car you can take on a proper road trip.

Deep down, they found out at some point that it’s going to cost $2,000 to replace rubber-band tires on a 22" rim, and they can barely afford the payments as it is...

SMART. Those will never need new tires, ever.

This isn’t that uncommon. I’ve seen high-end luxury cars all the time with badly worn and unsafe tires. I’ve even told complete strangers “Hey, you may want to get some new tires on that” and they look at me baffled.

105 degrees fahrenheit? That’s only 40 degrees celcius. That’s not hot at all for an electronic device. Pretty much every smartphone will run between 30 to 40 degress celcius when in use. Desktops and game consoles will run up to around 60 degrees and most cheap laptop will run up to 75 degrees celcius on full load.

No.

I trust in Nintendo’s cooling system already, if it fails I’ll send it for repair under warantee.... It was conceived as is, should be fine as is.

This is why this bullshit meme exists. One person did it for no reason, and idiots like you assume that there must be a problem and do it as well.

People who put their electronic on Ice need to learn about condensation.

We had a printer at work that was working it’s arse off. We decided to put a fan next to it to keep it from overheating. It conked out not long after. We called a guy out to come and fix it and he said the fan did more harm than good as the heat from the printer and the cool air from the fan created condensation
