Try having an autoimmune skin disorder. Showering is the worst. It hurts so bad.

I have psorisis- so pretty much anything touching the cracked skin hurts, dries it out or stings. I’ve found though that the African Black soap kinda works. Kinda.

That’s my boyfriend and I. I have skin issues that make bathing conventionally painful and he just, never has. He’s a big fan of the strigil. I really don’t think that anyone but those trained in law should be handling these things. Those avenues are already so un-trained and inept, putting the messiness of funding and univerisity reputation at stake? No thank you. 

I hate that either these kids are too scared, or are unaware that their universities should not be handling these issues. The universitiy should be notified of course, but to handle these problems? No. This is so fucked up.
