@SupremeEvan: I rented it and thought it was OK. It has a couple gameplay issues (like extremely difficult platforming sections and such) but all in all it's a decent game. It has some MP if that's a factor.

@Tuco_Benedicto: The online integration for campaign is just so cool. I think Brink has a legit shot to take down CoD and be a GoTY candidate (probably lose to Uncharted 3 or Infamous 2, but still). The minute CoD falls off its pedestal is going to be great for the industry. Really rooting for Splash to do this.

@Murgatron: No, because I make sure to spell things out so stuff like that doesn't happen. Example on Saturday: we go to GS to pick up a couple gifts. I bring NFS: HP to my family. I say "This is what I want. Just get it so you don't mess up gifting". We buy the game that day.

@OMG! A SeaMonster!!!: Personally, I have a 65' Sharp. Great TV, although doesn't sync perfectly with the PS3, DirecTV, and Bose systems. There's a workaround for that, but I'm too lazy to look it up (and now I'm rambling...)

@sibane: KH: BBS. Goodbye 30 hrs of your life. Others I'd recommend are Peace Walker, the GoW games, and the SOCOM Fireteam Bravos. GT PSP is good if you like cars. The PSP actually has a great game library- the DS has just overshadowed it so much.

Minecraft :D. Just got it yesterday and I'd love to play some MP with my fellow Kotakuites. I know there's a Kotaku server- any chance I'd be allowed on (I won't destroy anything or be an idiot, scout's honor, that's not what I do).

@weezermc78: Flips have decent quality. There's been sales all over the place for them, so if you find one for the right price, pick it up.
