Disagree on the voucher as a gift. I wouldn't replace a regular gift with one, but if you think it's a nice thing to buy someone, go for it. Nobody minds free stuff.

Really cool product (and the demos on their site are really good), I must say.
Okay, fair enough. But maybe something along those lines for different areas: If you're moving in somewhere, before you: Buy a desk, or order cable, or whatever, here's a way to set yourself up to save money and get what you want.
Can Lifehacker do a series on a Lifehacked house: Top to bottom, if you guys were given some money and told to put together everything in a super-functional and cheap yet aesthetically pleasing way (you know, one where my wife and kids would love it), and you can keep the rest of the cash, how would y'all do it? From…
What others have said about Yodlee. They have extensive security details on the site, and there have been some good articles about both Mint and Yodlee online that talk about the site's security.
Woah, I was surprised. When I voted it was Mint.com by a large margin, and YNAB trailing badly. Though I guess that YNAB users are such huge fans does say something... (and good that he was upfront about it!)
Thanks!
Thank you!
Perfect timing, a friend moving in across the street is looking.
a) Brilliant idea.
I wish I had a good answer for you, but I just wanted to note that I think the MLB block on your own area is ridiculous. I happen to have gotten MLBTV in the past since I'm an Indians fan living in NYC, but I thought it incredibly ridiculous that I couldn't watch if they played the Yankees (or Mets).
I think a good Excel spreadsheet will probably be your best and easiest (free) bet.
VOTE: Mint.com, no question. YNAB and others are useful too, but the best for the average person is certainly Mint.
If you were setting up a new home from scratch, how would you set up cable/TV/phone/internet to maximize utility while keeping long-term expenses down? (i.e. what kind of internet, what kind of phone, what kind of cable or other TV, what services [Netflix, Hulu+, etc.])
Got it, thanks!
Where can I get glass to replace the one on my Thunderbolt for cheap? Would this work for that? (My glass cracked but the LCD is fine, if I understand phones right - everything works perfectly, just a nice spiderweb of cracks across.)
Dark side: The same thing I do every day... try and take over the world!
It's an old powerful one, but no temp, just a 'cool' level (1-10).
Stay inside. Close your shades. Keep the air on, but make sure it's not overworking! (Unfortunately this means I've had to turn mine almost all the way down over the course of the week...) And have ice cubes - if you 'eat' ice cubes from a cup while you're doing things, it will keep your body temperature much more…
