So I added Plex last night and holy shit it is great! One question: I have all my tv shows in one folder, and the only way to browse that I could find (my girlfriend called me a nerd and said to stop trying to mess with it haha) is to scroll through all episodes of all shows to get to what you want rather than

Ok- so I thought that I had a pretty legit setup with my Sock5 proxy on Vuze with my VPN, but you are a fucking ninja.

Oh awesome- Yeah I hadn't compared the specs side-by-side. That isn't bad then!

Wow- that sounds like exactly what I am looking for. Thanks!

"If you buy a product that has not been updated in 2 years, You're gonna have a bad time" haha yeah I won't make that mistake again. Totally my fault

Worst part is I have never done anything to be distrusted hahaha I saw it pop up and just let out a really long sigh because it was totally out of the blue haha

Really? I want to either try that or XBMC; I have heard good things about both. I really want to have a sleek design to my library, but currently I just have it meticulously stacked into folders by genre and drag them to the VLC player. I want a solid flow with DVD artwork. Can I do that with Plex?

I absolutely love it- I work on PC all day, but I prefer Mac for media. Continuity will be sick to have on my big screen. Plus, iMessage while I'm watching movies is great (except for the one time an ex-girlfriend texted me randomly while my girlfriend and I were watching a movie, that was a fun conversation haha).

Yeah, I impulse-bought it after work one day with very little research as far as when the last update was. Totally my fault, but it works just fine

I love it- I don't "get all my media legitimately" and it will run Vuze with a Sock5 proxy and VPN very smoothly with good speeds (that obviously has a lot to do with my internet connection though), I play movies on VLC simultaneously to multiple downloads, fast load speeds, it is dead silent, and never crashes.

eventual resale value, just the sake of having better specs, etc.

...Because of course they finally released a long awaited update 3 months after I bought one as my home theatre hub.

I feel like this was one of about 20 binders that Leslie Knope made for this project

So those campers can say, "I beat the story line for Fight Club into that man. I beat him to greatness."

I wonder how much Ikea hated this movie

I only learned recently that the movie Old School was a comedic remake of Fight Club. Watching it with that in mind makes it so much more funny/impressive

This comment reminds me of the Ron Swanson vs Chris Traeger burger cook-off episode of Parks and Rec. #TeamSwanson

Wait, really? I'm in Cincinnati, where are you? The lowest they would go is $54 for one year and then they would boost it again, but it was for ethernet only and no wifi

Here is the problem for all of us who DON'T have Google Fiber yet; this pricing is for the services ONLY. I had TWC and now Bell Fioptics and both of them are similar in that internet+cable is $74/month but JUST internet and wifi is still $65/month.

It runs on Unobtainium; the fictional rare mineral found in the movie Avatar. We will need to get James Cameron on this ASAP
