I think it's that she's tallest, and has her arms out protectively around them. Also the pantsuit. She is hella elegant.

Because I don't know how to add a gif (some one help me please?) Here is Moss and his miracle bra:

Yes! This. I have been looking here less and less because I'm getting more frustrated with the layout and some of the other problems you mention. I too am having difficulty finding a replacement. But even if I do, there are still a few writers I'll come back for.
Lindy, you're absolutely one of my heroes. I love the way you write and the way you think. I really wish I could be as funny and thought provoking as you are. I'm glad there are women (and men) like you fighting the good fight. All of this shit really sucks. Thank you.
Oh, also I call him 'Honeybear' and 'Squadoodler' was his name for me for awhile.
MrS makes them up on the spot. But 'Face' is pretty common in our household. As in, "Face, did you see where I put my phone?" I think it started as 'Darlingface' and then the darling got dropped.
That always irks me too! Especially when the accents are some sort of British-y accent, but the characters aren't even supposed to be British. Like, "Here Americans, this person has an non-American accent, so they're clearly foreign. "
Yes, this was my exact experience!
I wonder if this would work for men too. In my hetero relationship, it's him that wants sex less.
She's incredible! I love the way she's so calm and composed and doing shit about this problem. Go lady!! You're awesome.
Eh, wasn't the case for me. It was either an unpaid internship (for maybe credit — that's a whole nother story), or a paid lower-level job so that I could feed myself.
YES! So much, the first one. The second one too, probably, but the first one hits home harder for me.
One of the things that I love about the show is that the jokes build within and across the shows. If you're not into it, it's just not your thing, but it might help to watch a couple in a row. If the first season wasn't doing it for you, maybe try the 2nd? Just pick one!
Oh man! I want to be there so bad!! My partner's brother was friends with Mindy and they met on a couple occasions. I so wish my partner had been friends with her too! Then maybe (probably) we'd be besties and hang out with Amy Poehler together.
:/ lame-os! Good luck figuring out a solution! Sounds frustrating.
I haven't had this problem myself, but from my friends who've had it, they told me it was fixed when they got a smaller band size. So, maybe that will help?
I guessed that the Nick/Jess thing would happen eventually, but I really love that Schmidt is getting back with his ex. I really like her character and that Schmidt is having to face his body-image issues.
Eee, yikes! I imagine that with larger families, the duties of oldest child raising younger child gets spread amongst several of the oldest, although I doubt that much lessens the load. Oh man... I'm so glad there were only 3 others for me.
