Green one at the bottom doesn’t look bad but maybe that’s because the dark color and shit photo hides most of the details. The bright wheels help a lot too because black wheels look like ass.

Those parts don’t get brittle because they’re not exposed to sun or extreme heat, so unless someone doesn’t really know the procedure to remove them or the switches they hold they don’t often break. Not only that, but lots of the NOS Mercedes parts have been sitting around since the cars were in production or shortly…

Those door clips do not get brittle, but they can peel off the door card. Simple solution: glue them back on.

I work on these cars every day. Get a used console panel from a Mercedes breaker. They will sell one with shitty cracked up wood for next to nothing, just make sure the clips are intact. The plastic backing piece is held on with staples.

In 2008 I had to replace the switch on my driver’s door window in my 1991 560SEL. Not the window motor, or the relay — just the switch that you pushed to move the window up and down. That cost me $1,400.

RM Euro is great, and usually I receive my orders next day from a local distributor. But when parts need to come from a different location you’re kinda left in the dark without a tracking number for a while.
