Ok, I understand your point, but I don't get how you can say that Apple is simply abandoning it's customers when every iOS device gets regular updates over it's life span, while every non-nexus android device might get one update over the same amount of time. Maybe... MAYBE... two updates.

THANK GOD! That was one of my biggest pet peeves with iOS. I switched to Android after my iPhone 3G contract ran out, and was ecstatic that the Android Market handled that properly.

Yeah, but not particularly well. (at least in my experience) I've only had HTC Android devices, and Sense/Facebook/Twitter integration is a buggy, hot mess.

I'm really not trying to troll here, everybody has their own way of doing things and all, but I don't think I've ever found myself wishing I could do that. Hell, I had no idea any phone did that.

Don't get me wrong, I don't particularly want to have to deal with a dongle, but is it really that big of a deal? Is it that inconvenient to leave a small adapter in your laptop bag?

Have fun with your shiny new Android tablet and the one update it'll get.

A friend of mine died recently, and his brother announced it via status update on said deceased friend's profile. Condolences, stories, and long-forgotten pictures filled up his page over the following days. It was actually quite beautiful.

I think you got a little Gawker in your Gizmodo.

It looks like it's out of stock, but I have a few of the Casabella silicone big ice tray. Each tray has six large cubes, about 2.5 inches each. This also happens to be the perfect size cube for an old fashion glass, and it melts much slower than smaller cubes.

I'm not super familiar with entertainment law, but I think Sony is to blame for him loosing his job since they're the ones that, you know, fired him.

I think he's talking about the fact that they used the term "war dogs" in the headline, but then made no mention of actual dog warfare.

Wait, you hate Apple because lawyers are evil?

I was once told to look forward and not down, seems to work pretty well for me.

That's a retarded bet. When have they ever locked features behind a pay wall?

Anyone hear anything about Illustrator CS6? That's what I'm really excited for.

This is the opposite of Batman.

Why can't we ever just agree that stuff looks cool without having to get in to debates about hipster culture and "what art is"?

Right, just because someone likes meat must mean they're ignorant.

Damn, I totally just bought the Firefly franchise too. I wonder if Fox will let me return it.
