Because “SRX” doesn’t sound enough like a luxury car. Needs letters AND numbers. A good test is “could this be the model number of a Gundam?”
The Cadillac XT5
Right about now it’s time to rock with the biggidy buck bumble.
I don’t really see what I have to do with this; I was just looking for why Sigma Nu’s response warranted immediate dismissal, and on further examination of this thread it looked like you confused ODU with the actual fraternity. So I cleared things up.
ODU is not a fraternity. ODU is Old Dominion University. The frat in question is the ODU chapter of Sigma Nu. This was a residential house on campus in which four Sigma Nu members, as well as a number of other college students, live. Is it truly unthinkable that college men are incapable of such shenanigans without…
what is it about that extra 8.5 mph (223.5 vs 215 last year) that makes it unsafe?
The problem is that NASCAR’s head honchos won’t want to appear to be “going backwards” technologically by ditching the splitter, even though an additional side effect is that the cars are quite fragile. If you get in the grass with that front end now, you’re not winning.
I’ve been watching NASCAR since the late 90’s and know by now to expect a fairly boring race at MIS, which is the closest track to where I now live. Even going to the race with that expectation, 8 beers in I said “holy shit this is boring.”
More racing.
No need for any fabricated drama of any kind when you have racing as a part of the setup.
What-the-fuck-ever, man, I’ve been fed up with her antics for a long time now. Earnhardt was running about as high as he could on the track because his brakes were compromised; if you think he should have called it a night as soon as his brakes had problems, you don’t understand racing or sports in general. She got…
You’ve been exceeding the speed limit for thousands of miles!
Vinyl/landau/fake convertible roofs are one of my least favorite car things, but I think it’s particularly funny to see them on any recent Cadillacs.
This was the only NASCAR example that came to mind. By all means this should have been successful, it had the financial backing to compete.
What’s embarrassing is that this car probably has the least advanced content of any car FCA puts out.
There’s never a bad time to talk about STI’s
Was Most Wanted great or what?
TRY AND GO EASY ON THE CAR!
Papyrus NASCAR Racing Default Car, until you figured out how to change the car you control!
I will be somewhat outraged if it isn’t.
