How did he respond?

This made me snort out my coffee.

Well blast. I am a giant idiot. Although, if you want to make this a pinterest board, Katie, I will totally follow it. :)

Dodai, are these pictures going to be on your pinterest board? Inquiring minds want to know.

There are over 500 Federally Recognized Tribes in the US. There really isn't just one "Native American Culture," and while this might be true with some tribes, it isn't true for all :)

I went to a Daily Show taping while at the 2012 DNC in North Carolina. It was totally worth waiting in line, Jon Stewart came out and took questions from the audience and interacted with us for longer than I expected. Tom Brokaw was the guest (!!!) and he did the "can you stay and we'll throw it up on the web" thing.

This guy sent me a first message asking if I played hockey or if I was special needs. How

I suppose that makes it a bit better. I just hope they have the sense not to make Maria have extensions.

A new Sound of Music is blasphemy. I wrote and deleted a long screed, but that sentence really encapsulates it all. DON'T DO IT! Just show the existing film! It is perfection.

When I got married, I thought I would change my name. I've never felt a real affinity towards my last name. My family's surname is one that was Americanized, so it never really felt legit to me. The officiant even introduced us as Mr and Mrs HisLastName. When I actually went about changing it, I freaked out. I

Done and done.
