Two strokes are terrible for the environment, but if you look up how they operate you’ll quickly realize why the two stroke puts out more oomph than a 27 year old 4 stroke. The car also deals with stringent emissions regulations from an era famous for strangling engines.
If that was even in the same country as me I’d buy it in a heartbeat!

There are maximum output regulations for headlights, which is probably the reason. That’s why crazy bright lights are always labeled as “Off-Road Only”. The lights may make it safer for you, but it makes it more dangerous for everyone else.
