I have a coworker who’s really into movies from the 70s-90s. Especially schlocky, low-budget stuff. He swears that the Blu-Ray era has been the best time to love those sorts of movies as, for whatever reason, a lot of that weird, hard-to-find stuff is getting rereleased.

I get the annoyance at apple that everyone has. In part it comes from having to hear their view of themselves as the first and only company to ever have a good tech idea, all the while handing you something you had before.

Unrelated but just wait and see, No Man’s Sky will be priced just the same. Further, I see this leading to articles about how indie games are changing and how we will start to see a lot of this kind of thing.
