I honestly don’t understand this. Kotaku has, for a while now, been about what’s currently happening in the world of gaming and in the lives of gamers. It’s about the scene as much as anything. If you want to complain about off topic stuff like anime or snaktaku, whatever, but this article fits perfectly within thier

I think this says a lot about the Wii U this holiday season. I mean a bundle with last year’s big game is pretty sad.

I got a cheap, used copy of Shadow of Mordor for my shiny new PS4. Not really loving it though. It just seems like high fantasy Assassin’s Creed. And I’m no fan of that game’s very stringent, directed, limiting game world. To be fair I’ve all but ignored whatever the nemesis system is doing so once I figure that out,

I actually just did the same thing with MGS 3 and for the same reason. Honestly I wish I had played the game back when it came out because the gap in time was not kind to it.

I still really want to get one but what, with the console being mostly dead, I can’t justify more than maybe 100 bucks for it. Legitimately surprised there hasn’t been a big price drop yet.

As a fellow beard-holder, I concur.

I’m a huge MGS fan. I love all the craziness. That said, he really DOES seem to have taken the idea of ret-conning and blown it out into a full way of telling even single stories. Basicly, every 20 minuets in a game he’s made, you realize everything you knew was wrong!

Getting ready for V I went back, in the last few weeks, and played those 2 MSX games as well. I was expecting less than I got honestly. MG 2 especially, is really just a 2D Metal Gear Solid. Definitly worth a person’s time.

While I realize most games that get delayed out of fall releases usually show up in the 1st quarter of the next year, I’m still kinda suprised this will be here that soon.

I just read this to MY wife and we both laughed heartily. Thank you sir.

You wanna be bothered at Sony or at 3rd parties, ok, I get it. But your upset at people who can’t afford what you can spend on non essential things. That seems not so well thought out.

Not sure if you’re being sarcastic but that’s exactly what I mean. Because you have 60 doesn’t mean you have 400.

While it would be nice if they did, I believe most people WOULD upgrade if they could. But 400 bucks is money a lot of people don’t have for something like that.

Meh. Ever since it came out that they modified it to make it work I stopped being impressed it’s not that I’m a purist, they can play whatever however, it’s just not impressive knowing they hacked it to make beating it plausible.

“...it’s suuuuuuuper anime.”

Didn’t Sega JUST say they realized they weren’t making good games AND wanted to sure up thier Fandom in the west? Cuz bringing this game over to PS4 is EXACTLY the kind of thing that would help. Conversly, NOT brining it over is EXACTLY the kind of thing they should do if they wanted people to think they were full of

I admit to having thought it was the other way around. My mistake.

That’s kinda my worry though. It seems like a game like this (which is done, it’s not a new product, it’s a translation) shouldn’t need to be heading in the direction of a LESS specific release date.

Maybe they could announce how they weren’t kidding and Yakuza 5 really IS still coming.

I get the icon I mentioned but it may be connected to my kind of phone or version of android. I’ve got a Note 3 on android 5.
