A review of Goodson’s phone revealed she had searched online “can I have a gun in my suitcase?” and set a calendar entry with a note reminding her to “put gun in suitcase”.

Based off the last election, Americans love clowns.

Obviously that was a lie, but even if it hadn’t been... Forgetting where your gun is, should be a disqualifying factor in gun ownership.

In 2035 ICE automakers will be out of business as the Chinese take over.  That’s what they’re doing to themselves.

Asking price does not equal selling price. And a $15,000 discount for 50 miles isn't what I'd call "holding value" either.

yes! very good idea ahah!

How does the city have standing for this lawsuit? Did they have city vehicles stolen?

Kia and Hyundai should sue the city of Memphis for all the road hazards ( potholes, bumps, poor maintenance, etc ) that caused excessive damages on their cars and sky rocketed their warranty cost and fees!

Tthese lawsuits aren’t going to go anywhere. In the U.S. we don’t want no federal gubmint controlling our lives so we don’t have regulation requiring immobilizers. Since we don't institute this regulation that other First World countries did a long time ago we get Third World results.

I hate these kinds of lawsuits. An anti-theft system is not a mandatory or necessary safety feature. Worthless District of Columbia AG is suing Amazon because deliveries in areas of high criminality take longer than 2 days. Fix your revolving-door criminal justice policies you idiot and do something to actually

Have the Kia Boyz been taken to court as well?

Pedal confusion is usually in short bursts and a person quickly stops pressing once they’re reaalized their error. A couple seconds at most. It happen much more often than 44 times per day, but the mistake resulting in a collision is much more rare because people tend to correct the error so quickly.

I live in a northern city- Edmonton, and we get people ranting and wanting this too- if the US changes we probably will, I like having sunshine til 10 at night in the summer, not having it rise at 430, and lets not get into days like yesterday when I go to work in the dark, drive home in the dark today’s bonus is a

PERMANENT DST.
Standard time can get bent. I want my sun in the afternoon evening, and extra hour of light in the morning during the winter serves no purpose.

This. I want more daylight when I’m done working for the day, not before.

Good idea, but we should actually make Daylight Standard Time the actual Standard time.

Permanent standard time means the sun rises an hour before most people wake up in the summer.
