If you were to pass someone in the left lane, you would in fact be using that lane. Imagine yourself getting a ticket for “using” the left lane to pass someone.

The aggressor got shot here. Thats the way the system works. It deters aggressors from threatening you with a gun because you have one to.

You know that the GPS signal comes...over the air, right? OTA applies to data being transmitted to the car, like a GPS signal.
