Taking 2 1/2 hours to push undercoating and paint protection probably deserves its own apology.

I say the same thing about Veyrons...
Was the issue “my car smells funny after going through the Taco Bell drive thru”?
Hydrogen is just as bad for the environment. The energy that is used to make H2 also comes from oil, and requires several extra energy conversions (wasting energy) to make other useable.
I sort of agree with this. But since hydrogen is mainly made from natural gas, why not just push methane ICE (or fuel cells) and skip several energy wasting conversions.
I imagine it used to be a lot easier to start a car company... before all the regulations for emissions, safety, etc were in effect (not that those things are bad).
Well it’s not vaporware because they’ve actually built some. Price and mpg can be fiddled with (the original Honda insight was rated for 65 mpg and isn’t as aerodynamic as this). Safety is better than a motorcycle.
I wouldn’t expect expensive insurance, especially if a new one only costs $6500. It’s also less capable of inflicting damage than other larger, heavier, more powerful cars (and the driver is better protected than a bike so medical costs should be lower as well).
The problem is that there is no proper lane “between” lanes. That is to say, two cars could be fully within their respective adjacent lanes and have zero space in between for a bike to pass (or make a crunchy biker sandwich).
California doesn’t care if something actually works, just if it pollutes/causes cancer.
“Everything is bigger is Teslas”
Especially since, as far as I can tell, the bill would only apply to car manufacturers that have not had any dealers previously (i.e. only Tesla).
The problem was that the tire pressure gauge was attached to the key chain, and the ignition turned off causing power steering to die.
It still is fast. I suspect that the problem is more like the throttle mapping is lazy. If you have to push the pedal more than expected, it feels slow; if you have to push the pedal less than expected, it feels fast.
Or left the car in gear, with a hack-job car starter (that bypassed the gear/clutch lockout) and tried to remote start it while standing in the way.

I’m guessing this article was written by someone with the job title “social media expert”. Car dealers almost don’t even need to advertise. If I want to buy a Nissan, I’ll check out the closest Nissan dealer. If they’re a bunch of dicks and I still want to buy a Nissan, I’ll check out the next closest dealer.
Don’t let something trivial live “evidence” get in the way.
What do you mean? Toronto is the center of the Universe, isn’t it?
