Step 1: Don’t drive into a tree.

Connecting up to the sonar used for adaptive cruise control, tire pressure monitoring, lane departure warning, and even night vision means this is more than just a media and navigation skin that takes over the car’s screen.

“Tech blogger butt-unlocks car as 2 kids walk past his car, then chases them down, harasses them, and becomes frustrated when they can’t describe what sorcery took place.”

You can get an SE AWC Lancer for ~$7000 less than a Fusion AWD (based on MSRP’s) if you just want a cheap AWD sedan. The Ralliart is more comparable to the Fusion in price, power, and features (but would seem more dated than the recently refreshed Fusion).

And usually, if you’re going to go camp some where, it’s probably not very close.

Let me introduce my friend, Supercharger.

You have to remember, that 2014 lancer has been basically unchanged since 2008. The interior is very low rent, but I still think the exterior is good looking (you need the wing on the back, looks too plain without it).

The joke is that Honda doesn’t “get it”.

Everyone talked about how good the Kizashi was, but I couldn’t bring myself to even try and test drive that ugly heap. I looks like Suzuki just rebranded a Malibu.

That’s because Miata fans are almost as crazy as Jeep fans.

I really considered this car, but the blind spots could hide a house.

The Veloster is neat, but people read too much into the styling. It's a slightly less practical, but cooler looking Accent. The turbo is sportier, but still not a race car.

And they're not too mainstream to avoid trying odd-ball stuff.

I bet he thinks he's a rockstar, and that the road is the jackass.

*can't build every car to withstand a tank.

At least for 25 years until they've gotten safer with age...

I think they under-report the HP numbers to keep it in kei class.

What about a motorcycle? There are lots of vehicles on the road far less safe than modern kei cars, you can build every car to withstand a tank.

Congrats? Try not to strain patting yourself on the back.

In Canada, there are classifications for 3-wheeled motorcycles and 3-wheeled vehicles (in addition to car and motorcycles). The main difference being you straddle a 3-wheeled motorcycle (like a Canam Spyder) and sit in a 3-wheeled vehicle (like a Morgan, TRex, or Elio).
