I'm not excusing his overreaction. He shot a guy, that's fucking stupid. Yes he should have warned him, yes he should have used his taser. But he's not the only one at fault.

Cause end effect. If I start behaving erratically in front of a cop, he may think something's up. I'm not condoning the actions of Mr. Boehm but Barton did everything wrong and gave the cop the wrong impression.
