This actually was Cal’s stance, then he tried to peacefully walk past one of those god forsaken ram creatures, which promptly launched him off a cliff, and since then he’s sworn bloody retribution against any and all fauna that dare cross his path.

A lot of weirdly strong defenses of two insanely large corporate entities merging into a much large corporate entity with very little benefit to actual users in these comments...

FWIW, King makes more money annually than Blizzard. I think core gamers often sleep on the ridiculous mobile money included in this deal.

That’s some level-A strawman reasoning right there. Of course people gave a crap about developers getting bought out, even if you never noticed. EA in particular since they had such a long string of failed acquisitions in their past history, but Activision hasn’t been without its critics either for sure. Not least

Activision Blizzard has proven to be an extremely toxic company that has taken advantage of their employees in disgusting ways”

Will they be able to discuss the fact the openly trans character in the game is name Man Guyname?

I actually think Gen 5 holds up really well in retrospect. There are some great designs that stand up against any other gen, like Excadrill, Chandelure, Garbodor... And even some of the really mid Pokemon feel like they’d fit into Gen 1 or 2 really nicely. Zebstrika and Galvantula come to mind.

Honest i think the pokemon added in gen 2 are weaker than gen 5 taken as a whole.

Doubtful. They could just pull TLoU Remastered from the collection if that were the case. Not to mention that it’s not going away until long after the series will have finished airing which is when interest around playing or replaying the game is going to be highest.

Modern gaming in a nutshell!

I imagine that people who pay for the top tier with multiple account that can stream at the same time will downgrade or cancel if they all of a sudden cannot have their college kids access Netflix.

I’ll be genuinely surprised if this actually goes well for them.

It’s honestly better that they went with inside-out tracking, which is the superior option 90% of the time.

Classic Sony hubris.
