I mean if Adobe did start doing that to people en masse then there’d be a lot more competitors appearing.

Not only that, but the most popular games had PC ports, so there's less desire from people.

Quite a few TV shows did it. I had a bunch of stuff that used it to help reduce the amount of space 200 episodes would take up.

Yeah, they used an impersonator (from Spitting Image) rather than deep faking the voice, which is also a thing now.

A lot of them do. There’s been plenty of “here’s this game on lower settings than they officially released with”.

There’ll be deals for these films in other countries. Wonder Woman 1984 for example, is coming to cinema in the UK on December 16th, and to streaming a month later (however, they should really have tried for same day because holy crap are people going to pirate it...).

Oh for sure. When we’re vaccinated it’s gonna be a huge boost to cinemas, restaurants, theme parks, tourism in general etc.

Same view here from a 30 year old. If they make us money, then I'm not bothered about replacing them - we'd only end up with a ceremonial President instead and that'd be expensive without bringing in the tourism money. Also, we would have had President Boris by now, instead of PM, and be stuck with him for decades.

No, that’s not how it works. If you buy them digitally, they’re locked to your account. On your ‘primary’ PS4/PS5, anyone can play those games, without you being logged in. If you log into another console though, you can only play them logged in as you. Read more

Ok but this was 3 years ago and was considered offensive then. It's just here in the UK our media is massively transphobic so it's accepted - hell, the paper she worked for, The Guardian, has traditionally been our most left wing national newspaper and it's OBSESSIVELY transphobic these days, to the point that the US Read more

None of their actual shows are though - the ones that are region locked are shows they just bought the rights to in those markets, not shows they had anything to do with making.

Yeah. Here in the UK they called things like Crazy Ex Girlfriend, Better Call Saul, Star Trek Discovery, RuPaul’s Drag Race, and Black Lightning ‘Netflix Originals’. Basically, anything where it gets to show it first, whether it actually had anything to do with it being made or not.

Yeah I don't get why people think Xbox is better than this. I'm sure there's gonna be a few like this that don't work - I imagine Sony went to the devs and the devs haven't gotten it working yet, perhaps they never will if it's not selling.

Ideally Nintendo stuff would come to PCs too if I’m honest...
