I just have mine set to my 10 most recent games. I used to organise but it became a hassle, and honestly there’s likely to be only a few in rotation at any one time. She says ‘my cousin and Bruce’ are frenemies. If she knows Kara is Supergirl then she also knows she’s not from that Earth (since she only shows up for like 2 days a year). Kara doesn’t make any references about Bruce/Batman on Earth-1, that’s all Oliver talking about Bruce being missing etc. She doesn’t really let on…
