As others have said he couldn’t just do a partial regeneration like that. However, he could have actually regenerated instead. Maybe not right there, right then, no time etc, but he could have done so before now. “Oh no, I’m blind - regenerate - there we go!”

Yeah, if they’d said it was written down against the exact date/time, totally could have believed that.

They’re likely going down the route that she did in the comics (Caitlyn Snow is still a pretty recent character in the comics, and the 3rd Killer Frost), as she’s now trying to reform and just goes by Frost. She’s even part of the JLA.

They can definitely keep Caitlyn as Killer Frost, but as a hero instead. I mean, in the comics she’s joined the freaking Justice League of America! She’s the most recent Killer Frost with the least baggage in the comics, so I can definitely see them going with this approach.
