Less graphical optimization, and more stability. From what I’d heard, the PC version was buggier at the time, so I went with the PS4.

I put Windows on my 2014 MacBook Pro (dual core i5, 8GB RAM) running Windows, ran fine. So your SP3 may be fine if its got similar specs, just turn down the graphics (my PC has a 1080 so everything is maxed, I put low on the laptop, it still looked great).
