Doesn't feel special. Everything I've heard about the old E63 wagon was that it was a hairy beast to drive all the time. The all wheel drive makes this one tame, almost docile. Manhandling it will still make it slide, but the magic is kind of gone. It's a fun drive, but not the wild child I was led to believe it once

In the UK we have a licence system (as you probably do in the US) which requires a rather expensive medical every now and again. Once you hit 45 you have to take the medical every year, no matter what level you're racing at

Having said that I've got one of these on press loan for a week soon, in this colour - Flaming Yellow. I drop my son at school in whatever I'm running at the time. I've a Cayman on loan later this week so he'll be impressed with that, not so with the yellow Vauxhall Adam.

Haha. You could only get away with a yellow car from Porsche, or maybe Lamborghini or Ferrari

Absolutely. My point is given Ian Callum is shown sketching the car in Jag's video and Karim Habib is shown designing with his team in the BMW vid it shows a philosophy rather than literal interpretation. Obviously that vid doesn't show Callum actually designing the car there and then but the two videos give us a

Seems like a case of Trigger's broom, or Theseus's paradox

Needs to be YELLOW!

Compare BMW's design philosophy with Jaguar's in these two videos (BMW and Jaguar).

I'm surprised they launched it in silver. Silver is too bland
