Problem there is that the $54B saved by cutting ALL these programs amounts to all of about $170 per person. Dispersing to only those under the poverty line comes to a more-reasonable $1,200, but I’d imagine there would need to be some kind of graduated amount to those above the poverty line but below the median income.

It’s the Dwight Schrute method of healthcare.

Fog lights? Wouldn’t have the dramatic pop-up effect, though.

Looks like the transition took place in 2001.

And this is why current work culture promotes job hopping. Over 70% of the time, managers in a position to grant raises aren’t willing to even hear you out on your reasoning for a raise over 10%, based on this survey. When that represents less than $5,000, based on the median income of this country, it’s quite easy

Ha no couldn’t tell it was unreliable by looking at it, my syntax just sucks. Should have clarified that I meant it looked good while it was being produced, and I also should have added that I was looking at it like two days ago, so its reliability is a known factor at this point.

The rough equivalent of giving every single member of both houses of Congress seven phones.

I was stopped at a light in front of a Dodge dealership and thought this same thing. It looked good, but in typical FCA fashion, was just entirely unreliable.

I can’t believe you’re the only one commenting on the flag. Great little touch.

I’m with you on this one. The earlier models, I have a difficult time telling apart. But as I looked through these photos, the first thing that came to mind was “great, now I can actually tell which McLaren model this is. For now at least.”

Those ratios are recommended for post-tax money, so estimating a 20% tax rate would give you around $850 a month on your home and a reasonable $350 a month on a car. Frankly, the car still seems high to me for someone that makes the median income, and in a high-cost city $850 a month is probably going to put you in a

Yeah there are only two Polestars that have completed/sold listings. One sold for a hair over $45k and the other had no bids with a $53k BIN price and $40k starting bid.

This is probably a better look. I don’t know if it’s even possible, but the ergonomics behind this could get sketchy if the steering wheel tilted too far away from the stalk.

I’m looking to move from a town-home to a single family home somewhere in HS district 211 or 214 and this is what I’m struggling with. Nearly all the schools in the area are top tier, but some villages have taxes nearly double their neighbors. Finding that balance is difficult.

The Fit could really use an Si treatment, especially now that the type R is reaching the US. The Fiesta ST proves that people want a hot, compact hatch, and I bet plenty of people would be willing to make the jump. Put the 1.5L turbo & 6MT from the EX-T Civic in to bump the power from 130 hp to 174 (same engine that’s

FCA is the automotive home of the NINJA loan - no income, no job, no assets.

What makes this car semi-terrible now is, ironically, how little there was that was used in other GM platforms. In most cases I’d say avoid the GM parts because they pretty universally suck, but in this case they still suck, and are far less available in the US because they only shared parts with other European cars.

Hockey hides their opinions pretty well, but they do have a definitely streak of backwards hick-dom to them.

And considering you can get an extremely low mileage Chevy SS, minus the cost for a cheap Miata, the price is even crazier.
