That sentence was poorly worded. I’m pretty sure that the intended meaning was that the question about Duvernay was a positive example of change like the use of fewer sexist terms like “hag,” not that there needed to be less clues about Ava Duvernay. The wording made it sound otherwise, though.

Yeah there are some massive missing pieces. Sounds like the whole thing is fake for clicks. You’re telling me this guy can’t afford a lawyer? And like you, I’m sure there was some sort of broker, and brokers have insurance for exactly this situation. If not, any lawyer with a pulse could get him every asset from that

I’m pretty sure this whole video and setup is also fake lol.

Thank you for this. First I’ve heard of it, as none of the associated topics are ones I generally follow. I see this is from a few years ago. Do you know of any big end result? Is Naomi at least still out of prison and doing her thing?

Wow, I had never heard of this before. Reading that text made me respect Naomi a hell of a lot more (I’ve never really followed her), and loose even more respect for Vice.

But I guess that’s to be expected for a network that’s founded by a straight out fascist that constantly promote drug use.

You’ve clearly been given those answers by the producers of the show. You definitely never read stuff on Wikipedia, books, magazines or any other written medium that you retained, yet never used in your everyday conversations.

Celeste is really special. Its themes about accepting your identity work regardless of how you define yourself. It’s truly inclusive (even from a gameplay POV) and will be remembered as a classic. It’s one of those gaming experiences I wish I could experience again for the first time.

I hear you. I think the biggest problem was they “pulled back the curtain” way, way too far. They were talking about their whiteboard sessions and while it was cool to get a glimpse inside their minds, so to speak, the reason that so few game companies let you see that much is because what goes on the whiteboard

where did the fortnite touch you?

In fact, it would be helpful if you would list all of the big things that you don’t like, so we could just shut down everything that doesn’t meet your high standard of approval.

Diablo 2, according to the team, was designed to be centralized. The downside of that means that only a single instance of this particular service can be run at any one time, so they can’t offload some of the weight to regional servers.

So an attractive woman can not be the subject of an article without it being clickbait?

How is it clickbait? There’s nothing untrue in headline or anything like “number 5 will SHOCK YOU.”

Have you ever played the original Deus Ex? The voice acting in that game is pretty sketchy in general (especially by modern standards), so she’ll fit right in.

Looks like they figured out how to play GTA on a Gameboy.

Before you get all angry at this move, realize that this move is entirely for payment security. As hackers get smarter, older, outdated software gets easier to exploit and older, outdated hardware (i.e. Sony’s Vita servers) are impossible to outfit with the newer software to prevent hacking. So Sony is left with 2

Digital gift cards are a pretty regular thing and very easy to purchase. Same with just adding money to your wallet. Like, it sucks, I wish they would overhaul the PS3/Vita store. But its not hard.

I don’t think this is malicious - it’s actually smart. If I were on Sony’s security team, I’d be pretty nervous that there are interfaces out in the wild taking payment that will never see so much as a critical security patch again. They’re reducing their potential attack surface by constraining payment to platforms

I think most people know there are many good people in Texas. The good people know who they are. The others will take offense to a comment like mine.

Well, I starred your comment because...yeah. But as a native Texan, please know there are plenty (I dare say “most”) of us who are decent human beings. It’s just that good, everyday people rarely make it on the evening news...
