Yaaar, matey!
I’ll believe it when you can change out literally any major component in an iPhone and still have FaceID work without a visit or call to apple.
You guys LOVE talking about photo modes...
It’s weird but true, and it’s all down to orbital mechanics.
This event will be pretty cool but nowhere near as amazing as the 2017 event (I flew from LA To SLC and then drove 5 hours to see it). This is annular, meaning it will only get a little dimmer, and at no point can you look directly at it without serious eye protection. 2017 and the forthcoming 2024 eclipses were…
I drove 10 hours to see the last one at its maximum back in 2017 and it was absolutely worth the trip for the few minutes of weird twilight and glowing rings. I highly recommend anyone within a day’s travel distance to make the trip if they can. One of the most spectacular cosmic events available to most Earthlings.
Maybe, but it’s just as likely IMO that she cluelessly walked into Best Buy (or sent a similarly clueless minion) and let them pick one.
You’re right.
Yet again, a bad driver thinks they’re in reverse, is actually in drive, and puts their foot down harder when the thing they expect to happen doesn’t happen. Tale as old as time.

The concern from the dealerships seems legit, but also, they’re a business - they have time to plan for what may very well be extended delays on repayment from the government. If they plan for 90 day delays in payment, but get repaid in an average of 10-12 then they should be fine.
The onboard engine can recharge the car’s batteries at a rate of 49.05 kWh
Wizards of the Coast did this not too long ago with their OGL “update”.
It’s such an annoying trend that seems to be coming up more and more these days (though I’m sure it was always a thing, I just see more obvious examples lately) of companies offering the same exact shit but trying to find ways to scrape more money from it without actually changing anything in what they’re offering.
It’s been awhile since I’ve seen a company so thoroughly come out of nowhere and shoot itself in the foot as hard as Unity has.
“You make one silver coin, I make ten silver coins. It is fair!”
Ahh, the streaming industry. Turning pirates into paying streamers, and then turning those streamers back into pirates through greed and avarice.
I’d settle for beating the lot of ‘em (sisters included) with sticks until they pass out, taking them to hospital and letting them mend back up, then repeat the cycle a bunch of times over. Then prison for a couple decades, no parole, no early release.
String them up and skin them alive. Any adult who knew about or was involved and did nothing.
