I drove 10 hours to see the last one at its maximum back in 2017 and it was absolutely worth the trip for the few minutes of weird twilight and glowing rings. I highly recommend anyone within a day’s travel distance to make the trip if they can. One of the most spectacular cosmic events available to most Earthlings.

The concern from the dealerships seems legit, but also, they’re a business - they have time to plan for what may very well be extended delays on repayment from the government.  If they plan for 90 day delays in payment, but get repaid in an average of 10-12 then they should be fine.

It’s such an annoying trend that seems to be coming up more and more these days (though I’m sure it was always a thing, I just see more obvious examples lately) of companies offering the same exact shit but trying to find ways to scrape more money from it without actually changing anything in what they’re offering.

It’s been awhile since I’ve seen a company so thoroughly come out of nowhere and shoot itself in the foot as hard as Unity has.

I’d settle for beating the lot of ‘em (sisters included) with sticks until they pass out, taking them to hospital and letting them mend back up, then repeat the cycle a bunch of times over. Then prison for a couple decades, no parole, no early release.
