I didn’t clarify well enough. You need to setup a VPN server at your house that you can connect to from work. It bypasses any blocking on the firewall your work has setup as it is just encrypted SSL traffic. So you can connect to your VPN from your phone and read whatever you want to.

Speed limit has nothing to do with the law in most states that say “If a driver is trying to over take you, you move over and get out of the way” That’s paraphrasing, but that is the law. I *think* but not sure that everyone who is a Twitch Partner has a representative they have a direct line of communication to. However, I have only ever heard of streamers that have a fairly large base already talk about a rep like this so maybe not.
