As a Kentucky resident, I just contacted Sen. Paul’s office asking him to consider voting No on her confirmation. Probably won’t help, but compared to everything else lately, he’s at least demonstrated a modicum of rationality on a few other issues.

I absolutely agree that the starting rotation made it really hard to ever get behind the team. You could watch them put up 11 runs but never feel comfortable that it would be enough. I think that’s a big reason why no one ever really got on board last season; we were all just waiting for the wheels to fall off.

Sadly, fans in Baltimore don’t really come to see much of anything. Attendance was dismal last year, even after a hot start and spending most of the summer in first place. Hard to see that changing unless the hype around the team really picks up.

And Trump is probably already asking his lawyers how he’ll be able to extend people’s sentences.

My thoughts exactly! Funny how God only seems to “punish” blue states, but when things happen elsewhere, it’s a “test”.
