At some point in the not too distant future, the survival of the company will depend on ejecting the Chief Crackpot from day-to-day operations.

Yawn, another (liberal) author for a video game website trying to take a hit at one of the most innovative men to ever live.”

Never takes long for a Musk bro to show up and post something cringy and hilarious.

Nothing screams high-quality company like recruiting your legal team on Twitter.

Fuel Shark!

Bit of an uncanny valley going on there, but nothing so egregious I wouldn’t watch it.

he’s probably less concerned about the ~5% of fake users and more concerned about the number of living people who made it clear they will disappear once he lets Dipshit back on Twitter.  As always, fuck this guy, I hope the SEC forces him to go ahead with the sale under penalty of massive fines and it fails and drags

Apparently not. There’s a quote from Feige recently saying that they’ve moved away from the 9-film contracts that used to define the MCU, especially after pushback from some of the leading actors (Chris Evans had to fight to keep it to a 6 movie contract). Going to shorter contracts makes it easier to get top-tier

Calling it now, they’ll eventually cast Rupert Grint...and have him dye his hair blonde.

Ah, Manchester Black! I knew I recognised the name! Supergirl’s the only thing I’ve seen him in, so I can’t really speak to his versatility, although I really liked him in it. Even if that kind of hard-nut character hardly screams ‘The Doctor’ to me!

I think Feige has said that Cox is coming back as Daredevil, and the cameo in No Way Home was just the first appearance. Looking at his filmography page, he doesn’t look like he’s been too busy for it after Daredevil unless that Irish series really ties him down.

Nothing will ever beat people being mad at Star Trek for being “woke”, given it’s directly analogous to being mad at water for being wet, but yeah, the same idiots.

I went and looked, excepting horror, and fascinatingly their initial coverage is surprisingly positive and accurate (at least a glance):

Now playing

Well, not quite the first black man to portray The Doctor, but I know what you meant.

“The mass majority of Dr Who fans did not like how they changed it to a woman because it was done out of pandering and went against lore"

I’d like to imagine that the dregs of internet that were celebrating the woman being gone imploded completely now

I’m pretty sure they are just trying to keep it secret for now.

It really has been a long time, getting from there to here...

Wait a sec... dude’s serving as an executive producer and he’s not going to have time to film a one-scene cameo for the season finale? Yeah, I don’t believe that for a second...

For what it’s worth, a devoted Trek fan has been converting Voyager locations from Elite Force into VR environments on VRChat. You can access VRChat without a VR headset, but it’s certainly better if you have a VR headset. There is also a virtual Roddenberry museum which features high-resolution replicas of Trek props
