@dermot: Sorry dude, it's in the Simpsons. It's not going to die out for quite a while.

@Bryy Miller: There's a rumor that they brought in John Lasseter and the Pixar Brain Trust to watch an early cut of Tron and give notes on the story.
Not only did I buy an awesome book on Tuesday, but I helped piss off Glenn Beck and move his book out of the number 1 spot. What a bargain! That's worth WAY more than the $10 I paid for Machine of Death.
I find it weird that he's a gamer, but SVU seems completely ignorant about gamer culture. As evidenced by this clip:
I've only watched this about 10 times so far. I think I should watch it again.
@Garrison Dean: R.O.A.C.H.: Aaargh, why is Seattle so far from Texas?
I've been dying to go to the museum for years, but now I HAVE to go.
I can't believe they didn't title this episode, "A Krypton Carol."
@evildaveprime: Indeed. I surmise those must have been moon pants.
Thanks io9, for the giant, totally SFW, thumbnail image on that story.
His reel is awesome. That dude knows his After Effects 2.5D
Looks like I'll have to make my own cover.
@AnyColour: Thanks for the link, I just ordered a DODOcase for my iPad.
@Mauller: That's exactly what I thought.
I'm excited to see this. Atomic Robo is a fun read.
@ellegos002: Part of the game takes place in a New England town called Kingsmouth and it's infested with zombies or something.
@taxbaby: I was referring more to pop culture in general. When I was young I couldn't buy my comic books or comic related merchandise at the same store that trendy people buy their clothes. Now Urban Outfitters sells all sorts of retro comic and game related stuff.
I loved the movie, but Scott Pilgrim vs the world made me realize how bitter I am that the cool kids are co-opting the culture that made me so uncool growing up.
@dans_le_1000: Show Leopard is $30 not $300. If you format the HD and install the OS from scratch, it doesn't ask you for any proof that you have leopard.
Blur studio is doing an awesome job with this. I love the Goon; I can't wait to see this.
