Just as it starts I'm going to be giving tesitmony in court (I'm a social worker). I'll be like, 2 hours behind the rest of the world in knowing things! Agh!

Hah! That line was absurd. I was very glad they had screens you could watch people playing the game on from the other side. Having played and MMO before, I didn't need to click frantically to see what it was like to play.

Thanks. And of course, now it's on Kotaku's front page. I'll be closely watching!

I watched Sony's conference last night with my wife. I enjoyed a lot of what was revealed but my wife had a good point. Every time a FPS was shown she'd say

I dumped countless hours into BF2 during my early 20's. Now, in the safety of marriage and job security, I plan to do it all again in BF3. And for the love of all things good, please allow mods at some point. That's what gave BF2 it's long-lasting appeal.

I agree with most of your points. Just like you said, I commented in some article yesterday saying that it might be hard for Nintendo to convince the causual audience that they need it. Some people might think "Oh, the Wii was great! I don't play it much, but man, that was fun! I want something that does that, but

I giggled a lot at that guy. His bald head really showed the sweat and my god, he just could not catch his breath. They also need to teach public speaking. You could tell the guys that just memorized the speech in front of the mirror and the guys who were, y'know, actually thinking about what they were saying.

I agree. Kinect has mildly impressed but hasn't wowed me like it did when Milo was shown. Now, what, 2 years later, they're not developing games that are anywhere near as advanced at that. Remember the tech trailer, with the kid showing the skateboard and the using it as a controller? Where's crazy stuff like that?

Certainly I!

There were several times when I was watching Sony's presser and I said "Let me guess, the controls are intuitive?" and within seconds, the presenter said "The controls are very intuitive." Missed out on the whole drinking game thing.

Count me in for one Vita. I'm still on the fence regarding 3G or WiFi. It's totally dependent on how much they'll be charging per month.

Not once did I hear "Lightsaber, ON!"

Video Games, you're cool and all and I'mma let you finish, but Lost has the best naval ship in the middle of a land mass story of all time. Of all time!

Frost, reconnect your controller with your batteries!

This is a lovely distraction from my anxiety-filled day. Thanks, everyone.

Is it 2 extr33m!!!!1 for you?!

At 2:21: Boomer!

I'm a little worried about Nintendo's unveiling of a new system. I feel that most casual Wii owners will think "I just bought a Wii!" even though it was years ago. Sure, the actual release might be a bit away, but I think it'll be fresh in the minds of most casual users.

Rambo 4 was absurd, which made it very entertaining. And I saw the TV edit! Can't imagine what the uncensored release looked like!

I like the name, but I think it'd be wise for them to avoid it. "HD" was what everyone was raving about when the 360 and PS3 were released. Now, it'd seem like they're finally responding to it and are not being innovative.
