None. None is the right amount of salt to add to water. I add salt to the pasta sauce if I need salt. Pasta, unless it’s homemade, is a vehicle for sauce delivery and nothing more. If it’s homemade. Add the damn salt to the dough. Salted water isn’t going to have an appreciable effect on the flavor of the pasta.
