I agree with the general opinion. Why does a car that I have build myself, that has under 80HP cost $24K?

The fix for this is mandatory driving tests. If you are mandated to verify that you are still a capable driver every so many years, or after a certain age, this will solve the problem....or we will have larger amount of unlicensed drivers...either way, right?
