"Let's hope you and I and others are never in a position where we are so desperate to see our loved ones taken care of in the best way possible that we simply snap and fall into an abyss in which we cannot find a way out."

And these things made her solicit rape how again?
Ah, the old ad hominem attack. Last resort of those who've been beaten in an argument.
Please explain what "systemic flaws have a hand in" this woman making the decision to solicit the rape of a person who had the audacity to buy a house that she wanted.
Your retort seems to be lacking on the merits.
Fixed: "I absolutely don't condone what this woman did, but [let me make a bunch of garbage excuses for this woman's terrible and illegal behavior.]"
I'd suggest you take a look at the rules of professional conduct. Once could make a pretty good case that, in making his hypothetical statements, he violated RPC 3.6, which would make his "just doing his job" "violating his oath to abide by the rules of professional conduct" which is both unethical and and dickish .
I'd suggest reading up on Rule of Professional Conduct 3.6. This is nowhere near as cut and dried as you make it out to be. http://www.americanbar.org/groups/profess…
Sure, they're be better than MLS at the top of the league (no one would argue that Ajax, Cruzeiro, or Standard Liege wouldn't win MLS pretty handily), but they're not so good that a top MLS team would struggle to stay up, since the statement was "The best MLS team would probably be the team picked for a sure…
Name 10 leagues clearly better than MLS.
You can, justifiably, blame a lot of people for the shitty way we handle rape cases, but fuck off with the defense attorney. Their duty is to their clients, not you, not the state, not the victim, not anyone other than the person they're defending. Come back to me with that bullshit once you've been on the other side…
Weekenders are around $20 on sale (and a great deal, if you can stand the ticking), but Horween leather is expensive, especially if it's Shell Cordovan. http://shop.hodinkee.com/collections/us…
I've owned the 580s, 600s, and 650s. I kept the 580s and sold the other two. Not a big enough difference provided by the difference in headband and casing materials.

I've owned these, but modified by Headphile into these: http://www.headphile.com/page8.html One of the few headphones I regret selling.

Even after a decade plus of rotating headphones through my collection (my wallet curses the day in 2004 I discovered Head-Fi), I still reach for my pair of Sennheiser HD-580 more than any other pair. Great sound, replaceable and modable parts, and super comfortable for long term listening.

"we can't discount the possibility that the rape happened."
So, are you going to post an update on the original article accusing him of rape making clear that the story was false (it seems like pretty much literally the least you could do)?
"He seems particularly offended by the various multi-color shoes (cleats?) that the players have chosen to wear."
