Protip:
You can make like a weeks worth of salad for the price of two trips to Sweetbowl. It literally takes like 20 minutes of prep.

Wow, this is just entirely reasonable. On Kinja of all places!
Why? I just got out of the shower, my ass will never be cleaner.
Pretty sure he meant the morons who come ride up on your ass because you’re not passing fast enough for them.
Where do you live that pulling over on the shoulder to change a flat is dangerous to other (attentive) drivers?
There’s very few places near me where stopping on a freeway to fix a flat would be overly dangerous...
Cars keep getting more expensive, the amount of money/loan payments are going to keep getting more expensive. The problem is wage growth not matching or exceeding consumer goods.
My experience of the beer industry doesn’t line up with your last point. Yes, there are jerks, but there are also a lot of socially/environmentally conscious people in the industry trying to use beer as a platform for good. I guess the proportion of each depends on which breweries and beer drinkers you interact with.
Lighten up Francis, leaving a dog unattended in a climate-controlled environment is not “shitty”. The dog is comfortable, it’s no more shitty than leaving the dog at home, less so actually. I’ll speak for my dog and say she would prefer to come with me and chill (literally) for a minute while I run in the store than…
I was sure that this was something that already existed.
Make it stone soup and you can get your neighbors to pay for it all.
Maybe a bit over 2 bucks. I really don’t see people buying broccoli in bulk, and cheese can get expensive.
That seems like a lot of work. I’ll just take my bread on the side.
I’ve never understood the concept of a bread bowl. It sounds good in theory but I always feel like it would be difficult to get any bread out with the soup.
Are you proud of the fact that you’re overworked by whatever shitty organization you work for?
Hey, since you have to have some trouble reading, I’ll quote the relevant portion of the post here:
I have witnessed more creepy shenanigans at upscale lounge bars than creepy dive bars. And that’s not necessarily a comment that one has more than the other. Rather, I think it’s just easier to see creeptastic behavior in the roomier, quieter environment. I’d still support the null hypothesis that the level of…
I’ve been roofied twice (thankfully both times I was not assaulted - the first time I was with a very good friend who I alerted and he drove me straight home and locked me in my dorm room so no one could get in, bless him; the second time I managed to call a cab) and the first place was in your average douchey college…
As a woman, sadly I can tell you that there isn’t a public place where you can turn off your vigilance or feel “more safe” than somewhere else. This vigilance doesn’t control my life or keep me from doing things, but it doesn’t go away either. Ever.
At the very least, nobody competing with your drink for space, meaning casual access is restrained. Also, people probably aren’t going there to get laid by honest or dishonest means.
