I think there’s an assumption that cheap/clubby bars are more dangerous than higher-end ones, but I think predators can frequent all types of environments. I would say I do feel safer during the day, just because it’s easier for me to see my environment and who’s in it (also, really drunk people tend to stick out more…

I had one too and it was under-rated. Honestly it was pretty good despite everyone on Jalop wanting to shit on it. Now i have a civic (due to an accident). The civic is way better, but the lancer had potential.

2012 was the first year for 4WD in the lancer(non-evo). I think they all have it now, not sure.

That’s fair. I didn’t realize they offer the entry level models with AWD, which I suppose is another part of their problem.

For me when I got my 2012 Lancer SE it was cheaper than the Impreza, more HP and torque than the Impreza, and had selectable 4WD which gives me 30+ MPG in 2WD which I use more than 4WD.

Not saying you are 100% wrong, but I have a 2012 Lancer SE and it is great. It has selectable 4WD, I get 28-32 MPG, I’ve driven it 120k miles with no issues, and it had more HP and torque than the Subaru Impreza I was comparing it to when I was buying.

newsflash: climate change is real and these early adopters buying teslas are doing us all a favor. Everything must be electrified. This is how stuff works..launch something expensive, rich ppl adopt it, it then trickles down elsewhere. Its not fashionable to be electric, its imperative. 

Right now in my life the only people I know who vape nicotine are doing so as a way to stop smoking cigarettes. They’re (probably) doing far less damage to their lungs and so in short I don’t know if I’m supposed to be pro- or anti-vape?
