That’s the kind of study that gives studies a bad name. There are so many flaws in the analysis and conclusions, that it’s laughable. They’re drawing a connection without establishing the alleged facts behind their conclusion.

I think that the IIHS study is bullshit. Because marijuana stays in your system longer than alcohol or other drugs, how are police supposed to determine if a person is actually intoxicated? What if they smoked hours ago? Days ago? Daily toker?
