The animation quality this season is fantastic. What you’re objecting to is the art style, which is a fair choice, but the whole reason they changed the art style was so they could make the animation more fluid.
The animation quality for Sun and Moon is actually some of the best animation the series has seen. Just because it isn’t in traditional 90s style like it’d been for most of the run doesn’t make it garbage.
