I haven't seen enough of the art style to really comment (waiting for the Fire Temple, because Fire Temples always look awesome), but I am also a fan of Impressionism and from what I have seen up to now and if the artist can keep the inspiration visible, then this should be a really impressive art style for Zelda.

@reverend_green: I agree, I still remember the story of every Zelda, but to be honest I don't know if that has to do with the story or with the gameplay.
