@iorikyo: If it was his first offense he wouldn't have been given the max sentence. Most likely he would have been given exactly what you described, probation, a fine, some restitution perhaps but would have never seen the inside of a cell.

@tonyp21: Controls were off putting at first, but I broke down and bought the classic controller and then it finally felt right.

I don't care if it does or doesn't. The only thing that concerns me is that if it does go to consoles, that it doesn't delay the release of the pc version while they develop for the consoles.

@Rampage: Exactly. Does anyone actually think Activision high ups give a rat's rump about sensitive issues like this or whose emotional scars they may be treading on?

@OutlawDominus: Yeah I feel that for sure. But it really has not much to do with this, rather that...almost all of my close buddies growing up got addicted to Heroin. Some died and those that are alive, I can't have anything to do with as I personally never want anything like that in my life.
