Fallout New Vegas. I've had it a few days now but it's been a busy week so I've only just managed to get through the tutorial and into the first quest. Already had my first bug as well, a gecko got caught in a rock, luckily his head was still poking out and I was able to terminate his bugged ass for quest credit.

Hands down my favorite mod ever is Eastern Sun for Diablo 2. Added an immense amount of new items, recipes, sets, gems, runes and runewords and changed up the skills for each class along with adding new areas, monsters and so very much more.

If you download the presskit for Blizzcon 2010, it has about 18 minutes of straight gameplay, pretty high quality featuring mostly the Demon Hunter and ends with a few rounds of pvp.

His repair bill is going to be epic.

@Megalomatthew: Understand, that this is a Blizzard game. Blizzard is notorious at screwing up the PvE content of their games to balance spells, skills and items due to PvP concerns.
