@Pzychotix: Well in all fairness, they only had 12 years to rush this game out the door, with that short of a development cycle there's going to be some missing features at release.

People begging for change in the series for years, waiting for it to be brought into the realm of modern expectations. Complaining that each game was just a re-release of the previous game.

Damn with all these horror stories coming out of Foxconn you'd think the place was built over an Indian Burial Ground.

@The-Impar: You know after all this time, this is the very first time I have ever Laughed Out Loud (for real) at the comics here.

Diablo II is still my most played PC game. Just started a new character day before yesterday in the Eastern Sun mod.

@Evilsoda: I kind of like that come to think of it. I'll start referring to video games as electronic games now.

I read this book once, where they killed a bunch of people, bombed entire cities from space, burned people alive, crushed them under walls...

@chfuji: I've thought about that and come to the conclusion that the franchise lost so much momentum with PQ Galactrix that people just stopped caring, thinking that they simply just went the way of capitalizing on the one-hit-wonder phenomenon and trying to bank on the name while not delivering the goods.

@ElephantFace: Something interesting of note. The American media and the American government do not represent what the American people think.

@DeadDuck: DQ V. It's the best out of those titles by far. I've played them all except YS, which I've played on the PC.

See, like this. Bah my magic fizzled. Need some new imps or succubi, these ones have failed me.

I just use magic.

@VincentGrey: Just call your local SPCA, it's 40 bucks for a female cat to get fixed on their low cost program.

@Cenobite: With this game at least the animations are ...computed... on the fly. They spoke a bit about your enemies have some kind of new algorithm that animates them according to what is going on around them.

@MysidianMan: Civ II was my all time favorite. The disc alone sits apart from my other old discs here at my place, has it's own little special spot in my house, undisturbed by other, lesser discs.

@Bigbobo: The sooner the better.
