@Re1gn: In a reply I just made I mentioned that the situation can't be boiled down so easily by what happened long ago. What happened then is different than what we're talking about considerably.

@Redwinters: Times have changed since those days, I was around for them, and before them. What held true then has no bearing today. The rules are different, WoW is ...beyond anything those games ever were at their peak.

@ninjacrusader: This game will take some players away, but will not kill WoW. I've seen it said about every game and every game has failed, this one will be just another in that long succession.

@Chowderholic: I read about it on US news. There are alot of choices these days where you get your news.

@illiniphase4: I think it began when people started with the whole "E-Sports" jargon.

@VagEnthusiast: The full name of the game is Enslaved: Odyssey to the West so they basically did.

@kevito: It is but you really don't want to know what's it's made from.

@coyote1284: P.E.T.U.: Oh I'm well aware of that (big Saiyuki fan, I've been watching that at work alot recently, coincedentally) but this is a very loose adaptation of that fable, enough so that I consider it a fresh take.

Always good to hear of and see an interesting "non existing franchise" or "non sequel" based game that looks like it might be worth playing. New IP's are always the risky investment to develop and publish, and we see so very few even coming out anymore much less any that seem like they might have potential to be

"Elite Cyber-Sportsmen"

@Chewblaha: Seriously. Used to be people were ashamed and hid their faces so people wouldn't see how ignorant and ...moronic they were. Now people are wearing it like some kind of pride flag not hesitating for even a second to show the world how fucking slackjaw they are.

@Helba: Hubris is Humorous.: And yet you categorize all vegetarian cuisine as "not tasting decent", doing the same thing you're mad about him doing.

"Hey, so what are you feeling right now when you are surfing this page here?"

@Chilly Hollow: Yeah age definitely matters very little considering how long gaming has been around by now especially. It's nothing new to say the least.

@PlasmaGlory: I'm 37, but I've approved other commenters in another article about age and gaming who mentioned they were in their 60's, one said he was 64.

@benjamines: Waiting until they go back down to that price personally for two reasons.

Got thrown in jail on my 21st b-day. Saw the Smashing Pumpkins play in SF (yeah I'm old) and spent about 80 bucks on martinis and got arrested afterward due to some idiot tagging in an alley we were drinking in calling the attention of two cops to us.

This image is from the site pinger.com, which when associated with the word here, makes me laugh for some reason.

Sounds like what you would call a metallic pickle.

@Eternal: Internetisms. They barely even register anymore when I see them, not causing any sort of amusement, resentment or barely any kind of acknowledgment at all.
