Always liked the Viper's 1st/2nd generation design (the previous generation not at all) But the first time I saw on in person I was amazed how crapaticular it was put together, misaligned panels, panel gaps, you could lose your finger in, etc. Compared to the build quality of the corvette in that day, it looked like…
Suddenly the Chinese care about copyright infringement.
What about the Charger? Concept looked awesome. Production car not so much.
i don't think the NSX is that far off depending on when it was published. It looks like it could have very well been the street version of the RWD V10 NSX aka HSV-10
Agreed. I think that rendering isn't too far off judging by the front-engined AWD V10 vehicle that was driving around the Nurburgring a few years back.
"2.) Honda NSX by Auto Express"
Umm the rendering of the NSX was pretty much spot on. Remember that Honda cancelled the NSX because they deemed it wasteful and proceeded to shit hybrids on us left and right. With that being said, this would have been a sick car. V10, SH-AWD, V10 with v-tec technology. Imagine the sound of the cam changeover in this…
The artist clearly haven't seen a Honda NSX before. Let me help.
Now now, I wouldn't call #2 a complete failure, it looks like it's a street version of the HSV-10 which replaced the NSX SuperGT in the Super GT races, and if you ask me, I think the HSV would look pretty damn sexy as a road car! Maybe they just thought since the NSX is its older brother, it would take the crown as…
This was a good render. Back in the days when the HSV-010 race car was supposed to be the new NSX, before Honda killed the potential road going version. When it still was a V10 banshee like screaming monster. Let me help you with the HSV-010.
For number 2: What year is that render from? If you look at the Honda HSV that races in the JGTC (Japnese Super GT series), the render looks pretty accurate considering the HSV was supposed to be the NSX's successor. Just not the NSX hybrid concept that was introduced last year.
Yeah, Woz is the flaw in my theory that everyone that is super rich has done something either morally or legally wrong to get there.
Interesting that they failed to drain the engine and dispose of the fluids in a legal manner.
The more things change...
How can they not see that this is a step backwards?
I don't know who decided this looks good, all I'm looking at is some crammed text, piles of little tiny pictures and a ton of wasted space. Why do I need two links on the main page to other stories when I can only see the first two lines of the originally posted story!?
1st gear should have been WTF happened to Jalopnik this morning? The blog view has gone and what's left is almost unusable :(
